About Me

I grew up in Romania surrounded by two very different ways of understanding the world: the practical and the mystical.

In my family and culture, intuition was never something abstract. I grew up around women who read coffee grounds, palms, faces, signs, and cards, traditions that were woven into everyday life and passed through generations. Stories of gypsy witches, folk beliefs, rituals, and superstition were part of the cultural landscape I knew from childhood. Long before I ever called it intuition, I was learning to pay attention to patterns, symbols, energy, and the things people often feel before they can explain them.

At the same time, spirituality became a serious part of my own life. I have a deep connection to Orthodox Christianity and its traditions, while also spending nearly two decades studying Buddhism. During my years in Taiwan, I studied under two Buddhist masters, exploring meditation, awareness, compassion, the mind, and the ways we create meaning from our experiences.

Those different traditions have shaped the way I see people today. I don’t believe we are only rational beings, nor do I believe intuition should replace reason. I’m interested in the place where the two meet: where observation, lived experience, symbolism, behaviour, and inner knowing begin to tell the same story.

That curiosity also shaped my professional life.

I have spent many years working with the body through personal training, Pilates, yoga, mobility, breathwork, and nutrition. I have taught yoga internationally for more than a decade in Romania, Denmark, Canada, and Taiwan, with a background that includes Ashtanga, Dharma Yoga, Yin, restorative practices, and nervous-system-focused movement.

My relationship with the body became even more personal after becoming a mother. Pregnancy and postpartum changed my body completely, and rebuilding my core, strength, and confidence taught me more about patience, adaptation, and embodiment than any single certification ever could.

I also hold an MBA, and my academic work focused on consumer behaviour, habits, and self-efficacy. That research background continues to shape my work in nutrition. I’m fascinated not only by what people eat, but by why we repeat certain patterns, how culture and family influence our choices, and what helps change actually become sustainable.

Today, my work brings together two areas that may seem very different at first: nutrition and intuitive guidance.

For me, they are connected by the same question:

What is really happening underneath the pattern?

Nutrition helps us understand the habits, environment, emotions, and beliefs shaping our relationship with food and the body.

Tarot offers another language for reflection, one built through symbolism, intuition, archetypes, and the stories we may not yet know how to articulate.
